Administrative Coordinator

Job Title: Administrative Coordinator

Typical Work Hours: 15-20hrs/week; flexible between the hours of 8am and 6pm

Remuneration: $15-$20/hr

Basic Job Description:

*Basic Office Management

-develop a working understanding of the organization’s mission, current programs, funding, and vision for the future

-basic office skills: checking mail, answering phone, directing constituents to correct staff members, checking and replying to email as needed

               -manage passwords to all websites, computers, and databases used by the organization

               -schedule staff travel as appropriate

               -assist in planning and execution of meetings, as needed

 -participation in Staff meetings, as needed

*Basic Financial Assistance

            -prepare deposits and deposit funds in bank

            -work with Executive Director to cut checks and manage credit/debit card usage

            -work in tandem with Executive Director and Bookkeeper to be sure appropriate lines are charged for any deposits or debits

            -assist Executive Director, Bookkeeper, Board Treasurer and Finance Chair with reports as needed

*Database Management

            -process all donations and prepare recognition letters to donors

            -update addresses on a regular basis

            -process all Chapter memberships and prepare recognition letters

            -prepare a regional report of constituents to Chapter leadership

            -process giving reports for Executive Director

*Other tasks as assigned
