Bridget Cabrera
Bridget Cabrera (she/her/hers) is the Executive Director of Methodist Federation for Social Action (MFSA) and is a mission-driven leader who invests in building strong teams and powerful partnerships to foster collaborative, effective organizational culture and strategy. With over 15 years of non-profit experience Bridget has served as Deputy Director of the Reconciling Ministries Network (LGBTQ+ advocacy organization), a leader in the Love Your Neighbor Coalition (progressive advocacy coalition), and Executive Secretary for National Ministries (Program Officer Role) with United Methodist Women (UMW) national office (women’s leadership development and advocacy organization working with 34 nonprofits across the country to develop their leadership, connect them to resources, and monitor their effectiveness). Bridget is particularly skilled in nonprofit management, leadership development, and organizational development. She holds a Bachelors in Science in Music Education from the University of Alabama, a Masters in Divinity from Emory University (Candler School of Theology), and an Executive MBA from the Quantic School of Business and Technology.
