Justice within the UMC
MFSA works for justice within and beyond the United Methodist Church. Within the UMC we are profoundly grateful for the far-reaching justice ministries carried out through the General Agencies, General Commissions and independent caucuses of the church and seek to be faithful partners in working for justice and peace.

MFSA calls upon the UMC to expand its understanding of the radical call of the Gospel to be the inclusive, justice-seeking, risk-taking Body of Christ.
At times, MFSA challenges the policies and actions of the church. In the links below, you will information about some of the arenas within the UMC where MFSA has worked and continues to work for justice.
